Hog Roast Specialists !!

Good afternoon all fellow bloggers!!

Another Excellent weekend for Bella’s Catering Services. We have been up and down the Country this weekend. We provided two Hog Roasts in Pontypool and Chepstow.

We have been very busy during the week securing last minute bookings for the Christmas period and also filling our diary for 2013. We have had a fantastic month so far providing delicious Hog Roast buffet for all sorts of events.

The December diary is fully booked with 10 Hog Roast booked up. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have provided Hog Roasts for Halloween, surprise parties, christenings, engagement parties and weddings. We have taken on a last minute wedding on Saturday 22nd December. We have to say what a wonderful 2012 we have had and it’s thanks the all the support of the general public.

Saturday24th November we provided Bella’s Famous Hog roast buffet for 100 guests in Pontypool. We slow cooked the pig for 8 hours and when we were ready to serve the steam was pouring off the bones. The meat was so soft and was just falling off the bones.

We provided the famous buffet fit for a king. Loads of baby new potatoes and French bread accompanied with bella’s special pasta and Sage & onion stuffing.

Yet again, excellent reviews and plenty of enquiries for 2013.
